Collegiate Success Coach
The Collegiate Success Coach provides direct one-on-one outreach and support to target populations including students in the academic probation process, students who have stopped out of college, and students from historically underserved populations in education. The Collegiate Success Coach also assists in coordinating and implementing a variety of campus wide programs and interventions to enhance student retention and graduation.
- Demonstrated experience and commitment to diversity and inclusiveness, experience working with diverse populations across the breadth of diversity
- Master’s degree (completed by June 1, 2022) AND
- One year full-time, professional experience in higher education or high school setting working with students in providing one-on-one and group interactions to assist in their academic success and graduation (2 years graduate school work is equivalent to 1-year professional experience)
- Bachelor’s degree AND
- Two years of full-time, professional experience in higher education or high school setting working with students in providing one-on-one and group interactions to assist in their academic success and graduation

Outreach & Student Recruitment Coordinator
The Outreach & Student Recruitment Coordinator plays a critical role in promoting recruitment and success through various activities, including outreach and education about the construction industry, career paths, and CM major working closely with relevant department committees and entities both internal and external to the university. This position will identify and recruit quality students in alignment with department priorities, with an emphasis on recruiting students who are historically underrepresented in CM, as well as propose, support, and implement summer outreach programs.
